Classic Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

Flour 1.5 Cups
Baking Powder 3.5 tsp
Milk 1.25 Cups
Butter (Melted) 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: Sift flour, baking powder, and sugar into a large bowl.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Whisk: Mix until smooth (a few lumps are okay!).
  4. Cook: Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
  5. Flip: Brown on both sides and serve hot.
